Just like estate planning: preserving and passing on your life story and family history is a vital and important part of your legacy, and it also requires the same care and consideration.
Creating a Legacy Collection to tell a family history is such an important thing to do, so I thought I better get started on my own. I decided that I would document the journey and share short videos of my process as I went through it step-by-step. So follow along and we will see where this goes together.
The first step in creating my Legacy Collection is to organize my digital photo library and to do that I have to collect all the images and video files in one place. I am starting the process by copying all those files over to a brand new external hard drive I got specifically to collect and organize these digital image files.
